Gill Figaji

Life is both beautiful and difficult.

I believe meaningful change begins with seeing ourselves more clearly—recognising the patterns that shape how we think, feel, relate and respond.

My work offers a thoughtful and compassionate space in which to explore what matters. The purpose is not to fix ourselves, but to become less compelled by familiar patterns and more able to choose how we meet our lives.

Through coaching, facilitated learning and reflective practice, I support people to deepen self-understanding, reconnect with what matters and move forward with greater freedom, agency and choice.

Experience, training and approach

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Integral Coach through the UCT Graduate School of Business Centre for Coaching.

My work spans individual coaching, mentor coaching, coach education, and the facilitation of learning and practice communities.

I draw on rigorous professional practice, reflective inquiry and an Enneagram-informed understanding of the patterns that shape how we meet ourselves, others and the world.

Across all my work, I value curiosity, compassion, professional rigour and relational responsibility.

How can we work together?
